Huntsville & Madison Offices

The Center for Colon & Digestive Disease (CCDD) now has three convenient locations in and around North Alabama. Addresses, phone numbers, maps, and driving directions are provided for each.

Regardless of your geographic location in northeast Alabama, Madison County, or Huntsville, CCDD has a facility within reasonable driving distance. There's our main office located in Huntsville's Medical District. It's just one block off Governor's Drive and within a few blocks of hospitals and other medical practitioners and outpatient treatment centers. There's also the Madison office for patients located in or around Madison or points west. And back by popular demand, CCDD has re-opened a facility in Southeast Huntsville office near Crestwood Medical Facility.
